  • Whole wheat flour1 cup
  • Oat flour1 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Milk300 ml
  • Oil or olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Yeast1/2 tablespoon
  • Salt2 teaspoon
  • Stuffing to taste
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix the egg, milk, oil and salt well. Sift the flour and baking powder into this mixture and mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a pizza shape (greased with oil and whole wheat flour) and bake for 20 minutes (200°).
  3. Remove the dough from the oven and fill: a layer of tomato sauce always, and the filling of your choice. I put a thin layer of cheese after the tomato sauce, sliced hearts of palm and then a generous layer of cheese. I also sprinkled it with oregano.
  4. Return the pizza to the oven for 5 minutes!
