  • Dough: Egg1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Water (one and a half cup)11/2 cup
  • Fine herbs1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Whole wheat flour1 cup
  • Tomato sauce1 cup
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese60 g
  • Oregano1 coffee spoon
  • Stuffing: to taste
  1. Add the egg, olive oil, water, fine herbs, salt and whole wheat flour to the blender. Let it run for a few minutes
  2. Heat a skillet greased with olive oil and place small portions of dough.
  3. Let it brown slightly on both sides, repeat the process until the dough is finished. Reserve
  4. Stuff each pancake, in a refractory line the bottom with a little tomato sauce.
  5. Arrange the pancakes in the refractory and cover with the rest of the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese, oregano and take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes until gratin!
  7. Ready!!
