Ingredients

  • Ground beef | 250 g
  • Homemade tomato sauce | 2 cup
  • Chopped Onion | 1/2 cup
  • Minced garlic | 1 dessert spoon
  • Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
  • Sea salt |  to taste
  • Chopped green seasoning | 1 tablespoon
  • Ground black pepper |  to taste
  • Cooked Whole Wheat Fusilli Pasta | 3 cup
  • Sweet paprika | 1 dessert spoon

Recipe

  1. In a heated pan, add the oil and brown the garlic and onion.
  2. Add the paprika and mix.
  3. Add the ground beef and keep stirring to break up the pieces and cook evenly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. When the ground beef is cooked, add the tomato sauce, pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
  7. Serve the sauce with the cooked wholegrain fusilli.
