Pasta of your choice
Liter of milk
Black pepper to taste

To cook the pasta, put water to boil in a pressure cooker with 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of salt.
Once the water starts to boil, add the pasta.
When the pasta is almost soft, start making the white sauce.
Take another pan and put the margarine, when it is melted add the onion, salt and pepper.
Leave for 1 minute stirring this mixture to get taste.
Add the milk and stir, then add all the cream.
Keep stirring constantly, until the sauce becomes a firmer consistency.
Drain the macaroni.
Place in a refractory.
Remove the sauce from the pan and pour it directly on top of the pasta.
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
