  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
  • Smoked Tofu100 g
  • Cauliflower1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • White wine1/2 cup
  • plant milk1.5 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Dijon mustard1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
  • Parsley to taste
  • Linguine to taste
  1. Chop the onion into cubes, the garlic cloves into slices, the tofu into small cubes and the cauliflower into florets.
  2. In a pan, add the oil and brown the smoked tofu. Reserve.
  3. In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the white wine and cook until evaporated.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets, vegetable milk, salt and pepper. Cover the pan and cook until the florets are very soft.
  5. When ready, transfer everything to the blender and add the mustard and lemon juice. Beat until very smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water.
  6. Transfer the sauce to the pan and adjust the salt and pepper. Return with the fried tofu and add the chopped parsley.
  7. Add the linguine and serve immediately.
