  • Macaroni to taste
  • White sauce1 cup
  • Mushroom (shitake or Portobello)1 cup
  • Saffron to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Smoked paprika to taste
  1. Cook the macaroni and set aside. For the sauce: add the white sauce to the pan (can be cauliflower, cashew nut or industrialized), add the saffron until it turns light yellow. Let it thicken and turn off the heat.
  2. Mushrooms: add oil to the pan and the sliced mushrooms (1 tray). Add salt to taste and smoked paprika. Let it fry for approximately 5 minutes and add to the sauce.
  3. Mix the sauce with the pasta and it's ready!
