Ingredients

  • Macaroni | 1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese/chedar cheese | 200 g
  • Oil | 5 ml
  • Salt | 2 g
  • Oregano | 1 g

Recipe

  1. Put the water in the pot I usually use a medium size to boil the pasta. let it boil until the pasta is soft and drain it in the colander
  2. Now, in the same pan, add the garlic and oil, let only the garlic fry over low heat and add the pasta.
  3. Mix the pasta well in the pan with the garlic and the oil until it's all in it and start to put the cheese all over the pan with the lid for 2 minutes until the cheese has melted, throw in the oregano and serve
