  • Cooked Penne2 cup
  • Skinless Tuscan Sausage1 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce1 cup
  • Red onion cut into half moons1/4 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
  • Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Olive oil1 teaspoon
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the sausage pieces well.
  2. Add garlic and onion and sauté.
  3. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and mix.
  4. Let it cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, add hot water if the sauce is too thick.
  5. Finish with the chives and serve with the cooked penne.
