THE BEST OAT PANCAKE WITH GRIND MEAT

Para o molho de carne moída, em uma panela acrescente a cebola, o azeite e refogue, adicione os dentes de alho e mexa. Em seguida acrescente a carne moída, adicione o sal , refogue até secar toda água. Acrescentar o molho de tomate,  1/2 copo de água, experimentar o sal e deixar cozinhar por 5 minutos. 

For the ground beef sauce, in a pan add the onion, olive oil and sauté, add the garlic cloves and stir. Then add the ground beef, add the salt, sauté until all the water dries up. Add the tomato sauce, 1/2 glass of water, taste for salt and cook for 5 minutes.

Para fazer a massa da panqueca , no liquidificador adicione os ovos, o leite, queijo ralado, sal e a farinha de aveia. Bater no liquidificador até ficar bem homogêneo . Em seguida unte uma frigideira com  azeite, no fogo baixo adicione 1 concha da massa , quando começar a descolar das bordas , já pode virar.

Panquecas prontas , agora só adicionar a carne moída no meio e fechar as panquecas , adicione lado a lado em um recipiente e cubra com o restante do molho, finalize com queijo ralado e está pronto a panqueca. 

Pancakes ready, now just add the ground meat in the middle and close the pancakes, add them side by side in a container and cover with the rest of the sauce, finish with grated cheese and the pancake is ready.
