- Ground beef500 g
- Glass of Water1/2 ml
- Tomato sauce300 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Milk2 cup
- Grated cheese1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Oat flour2 cup
- For the ground beef sauce, in a pan add the onion, olive oil and sauté, add the garlic cloves and stir. Then add the ground beef, add the salt, sauté until all the water dries up. Add the tomato sauce, 1/2 glass of water, taste for salt and cook for 5 minutes.
- To make the pancake batter, add the eggs, milk, grated cheese, salt and oatmeal to the blender. Blend in a blender until smooth. Then grease a frying pan with olive oil, over low heat add 1 shell of the dough, when it starts to take off from the edges, it can now turn.
- Pancakes ready, now just add the ground meat in the middle and close the pancakes, add them side by side in a container and cover with the rest of the sauce, finish with grated cheese and the pancake is ready.
