  • Milk500 ml
  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Margarine250 g
  • Eggs300 g
  • Chicken broth10 g
  • Green smell and seasonings to taste.1 unit(s)
  1. Place the milk, salt and margarine in a pan.
  2. Bring to a boil and add the wheat flour, and cook a little until it releases from the bottom of the pan.
  3. Place the dough in the bowl of the mixer and mix for five minutes, adding the eggs gradually until it reaches the point.
  4. Place the dough in a piping bag fitted with a crimped or smooth tip.
  5. Drop the bombs in the desired shape.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 25 to 30 minutes.
