- Wheat flour approx 400 grams4 cup
- Instant dry yeast10 g
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Salt 5 grams approximately1 teaspoon
- Sugar 3 grams approximately1 coffee spoon
- Warm water1 cup
- Ham200 g
- Mozzarella cheese300 g
- Black olives to taste
- Sliced Tomatoes1 unit(s)
- Oregano, Basil to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- In a bowl, add the yeast to two cups of wheat flour and mix well.
- Add oil, sugar, salt and water, stir well
- Add the remaining wheat flour little by little, until the dough creates consistency, so that you can no longer use the spoon.
- Throw the dough onto a floured bench and start kneading by tearing the dough forward and bringing it back towards you.
- At this stage, use your hands to add a little flour to create structure and consistency, the dough should be smooth and no longer sticking to your hands.
- Make a ball with the dough and let it rise in the bowl, covering it with a dishtowel until it doubles in volume.
- After this period, throw the dough onto the floured countertop, at this stage the oven should already be preheating to 250 degrees
- Open the dough forming a disk, place it on the baking sheet, make holes in the center of the pizza with the fork and place the filling in this order: sauce on the pizza disk, ham, cheese, tomato, oregano and basil
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Tips: the stuffing was just a suggestion, you can choose the ones you like, the edges can be stuffed with catupiry if you prefer
