- Egg2 unit(s)
- Tapioca4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Preheat a nonstick frying pan and place over low heat.
- Put a drizzle of olive oil and add the tapioca (hit it well with a spatula or spoon)
- Wait for it to brown and turn it aside
- Place the eggs on top and break the yolks with a fork.
- Season with salt and oregano and wait for the egg to start cooking.
- Carefully turn it over and wait for the egg to cook completely.
- Fold it in half and that's it 😋
