- Sieved Tapioca | 500 g
- Butter | to taste
- Salt | to taste
- In a bowl, sift the tapioca dough and add salt and stir to mix the dough with the salt.
- In a frying pan, add the tapioca dough until all the bottom of the frying pan is lined, do not make the layer too thin or too thick.
- Turn on medium heat and leave for 1 minute, see if you can turn it over and turn to bake the other side and leave for another minute.
- Transfer from the skillet to a plate and butter. Repeat the same process for the rest of the dough and then just serve.
