Tagliatelle with Spinach Sauce

  • Water300 ml
  • Tagliatelle100 g
  • Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Clove Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Spinach100 g
  • Milk200 ml
  • Parmesan20 g
  • Salt, Parsley and Black Pepper to taste
  1. In a pan put the water and wait for it to boil to put the noodles and salt.
  2. In another pan, put the oil, garlic and onion to sauté. Then, put the spinach (thinly cut) to sauté.
  3. Next step put the butter and wait for it to melt to put the wheat flour, mix well for 2 minutes. Then add the milk little by little, stirring constantly. Put the salt and seasonings. Wait for it to thicken a little to be ready. Pour the sauce over the noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to serve.
