Tagliatelle with pepperoni and pepper

  • Tagliatelle200 g
  • Pepperoni sausage50 g
  • Whole Grain Mustard1 tablespoon
  • Cream of Pepper1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream2 tablespoon
  • Parsley sprigs3 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Thyme, Salt, King Pepper1 to taste
  1. Put a pot of water on high heat
  2. Cut the pepperoni into small cubes
  3. Fry them in a pan with the thyme, crushed garlic and salt.
  4. When the water is boiling, add the pasta, cooking it for a minute less than the indicated time so that it is al dente.
  5. Add mustard, cream of pepper and cream, mix well
  6. When the pasta is ready, add it to the pan with some of the cooking water. Stir well, over low heat
  7. At the last moment, add the parsley cut into small pieces. Is ready!
