- Tagliatelle200 g
- Pepperoni sausage50 g
- Whole Grain Mustard1 tablespoon
- Cream of Pepper1 tablespoon
- Sour cream2 tablespoon
- Parsley sprigs3 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Thyme, Salt, King Pepper1 to taste
- Put a pot of water on high heat
- Cut the pepperoni into small cubes
- Fry them in a pan with the thyme, crushed garlic and salt.
- When the water is boiling, add the pasta, cooking it for a minute less than the indicated time so that it is al dente.
- Add mustard, cream of pepper and cream, mix well
- When the pasta is ready, add it to the pan with some of the cooking water. Stir well, over low heat
- At the last moment, add the parsley cut into small pieces. Is ready!
