Tagliatelle with mushroom sauce

Coloque para cozinhar o macarrão  igual o modo de preparo que vem na embalagem de macarrão! 

Cook the macaroni in the same way as the method that comes in the macaroni package!

Corte em pequenas meia lua os cogumelos shitakes, e separe os cogumelos shimejis, esquente uma frigideira e coloque um fio de azeite e coloque os cogumelos para refogar, tempere com sal e pimenta! 

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into small half moons, and separate the shimeji mushrooms, heat a frying pan and put a thread of olive oil and put the mushrooms to sauté, season with salt and pepper!

Após bem frios os cogumelos acrescente um pouco de shoyu, para assim dar cor para os cogumelos e continue a refogar, após uns 2 min você coloca os outros ingredientes para refogar ( alho e cebola) 


After the mushrooms are very cold, add a little shoyu, to give color to the mushrooms and continue to sauté, after about 2 min you put the other ingredients to sauté (garlic and onion)


Após tudo refogado coloque as 2 unidades de nata e 1 colher de requeijão! Deixe ferver até engrossar um pouco 

After all sautéed, put the 2 units of cream and 1 spoon of curd! Let it boil until it thickens a little

Misture o macarrão com o molho levando o macarrão direto da panela do cozimento, sem lavar, assim o amido ajuda a encorpar o molho ainda mais! Ajuste o sal e a pimenta e finalize com cebolinha 

Mix the noodles with the sauce by taking the noodles straight from the cooking pot, without washing, so the starch helps to thicken the sauce even more! Adjust salt and pepper and finish with chives.

Para deixar seu prato ainda mais completo acrescente uma proteína, um bife ou até mesmo um medalhão!

To make your dish even more complete, add a protein, a steak or even a medallion!
