- Tagliatelle400 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Thinly sliced leek stalk1 unit(s)
- Fresh cream500 ml
- Sicilian lemon juice2 tablespoon
- Sicilian lemon zest1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste to taste
- In a hot skillet, sauté the onion and garlic, add the lemon juice and let it reduce. Add the cream, salt and pepper, cook only for about 3 minutes and set aside.
- Cook the noodles in water and salt for the time specified on the package.
- As soon as the pasta is done, return the skillet to the sauce on low heat, remove the pasta from the cooking and put it straight into the sauce, add grated Parmesan cheese and adjust the salt if necessary.
