  • Parma500 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Milk200 ml
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  1. Agent put the pasta to cook .with a pinch of salt .put it to boil let's start with the sauce
  2. Chop the onion and saute it with the butter, until golden brown. Then add the cream and stir until dissolved.
  3. Desolve the cream put the milk, after that .put the Parma and separate some slices .to make some crunchy.
  4. Add salt and black pepper .let it boil for a few minutes and check if it is ready .if it is to your liking. You can turn off
  5. For the Parma crunchy we will use the oil and put it in the frying pan and when it is very hot add the Parma slices and until crispy.
  6. Reire the pasta and drain, heat again and add the pasta to the sauce, stir a little to make it more creamy, add the ladle of water, stir a little and let's go to the presentation. . Our delicious pasta 🙏🙏
