- Sweet WASH500 g
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Oat bran4 tablespoon
- Cook the sweet potato until soft, take it to a container and knead it well, then add the butter, oatmeal and salt, mix well until it forms a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and keep in the fridge for an hour.
- Separate the dough into 8 units, line a bench with cling film and open the dough, fill as you prefer, you can use chicken, cheese, etc... Use creativity and good taste. I really like to make it with chicken and cottage cheese, or ground beef and cheese. 🤤
