- Boiled Sweet Potato | 500 g
- Sour cream | 1 can(s)
- Chicken (can be ground beef or jerky) | 200 g
- Onion, chili, cilantro and other spices | to taste
- Cheese of your choice (I also added ham) | to taste
- Add the cooked sweet potato into small pieces in the blender, add the cream and beat gradually (if necessary, add a little water to mix better)
- After the dough is ready, put 1 layer in a container. Saute the stuffing ingredients and add to the container.
- Continue alternating between the dough and the filling. Finally, finish with cheese, ham, oregano... Whichever you prefer!
