- Start by putting the sweet potato and cassava to cook in salted water until they are very soft.
- Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing.. Saute the ground beef without any seasoning, when it has dried all the water, start seasoning, adding the garlic, salt, chimichurri, paprika, onion, tomato, chili pepper and grated carrots. Let it cool down well.
- Then add parsley, tomato sauce and a little water. Let it boil for a few minutes.
- When the potato and cassava are cooked, transfer to the mixer (without water and without the cassava brain), beat with the cream until it becomes a dough. The dough is creamy and firm at the same time.
- Unite a refractory with oil, put half the dough, the ground meat, cottage cheese to taste and the rest of the dough. Finish with green smell.
- If you want, you can finish with cheese and take it to au gratin, or finish with potato straw đ it's perfect
