Ingredients: 2 cup Rice flour; 2 cup Potato Starch; 2 cup Sweet sprinkle; 1 tablespoon Xanthan Gum; 1 coffee spoon Psyllium; 2 tablespoon Organic Dry Yeast; 3 cup yam milk; 1/2 cup Warm water; 1/2 cup Sweet olive oil; 3 tablespoon White sweet potato puree; 2 tablespoon yam puree; 3 tablespoon Brown sugar; 1 tablespoon Salt; 2 tablespoon Golden flaxseed flour; 2 tablespoon Golden flaxseeds.

Rice flour2 cup
Potato Starch2 cup
Sweet sprinkle2 cup
Xanthan Gum1 tablespoon
Psyllium1 coffee spoon
Organic Dry Yeast2 tablespoon
yam milk3 cup
Warm water1/2 cup
Sweet olive oil1/2 cup
White sweet potato puree3 tablespoon
yam puree2 tablespoon
Brown sugar3 tablespoon
Salt1 tablespoon
Golden flaxseed flour2 tablespoon
Golden flaxseeds.2 tablespoon

Place the rice flour, potato starch, sweet flour, xanthan gum, psyllium and yeast in a bowl.
Mix well until the flours are completely uniform.
Blend the other ingredients in a blender until it forms a liquid mass and reserve the golden flaxseeds.
Add this dough to the flours and mix until smooth.
Add the golden flaxseeds and mix gently.
Grease and sprinkle a form with rice flour and place the dough
Sprinkle golden flaxseeds on top of the bread
Cover the bread and let it rest for 50 minutes to rise.
Preheat the oven to 180º, put the bread in the oven to bake for approximately 45-50 minutes or until golden.
Wait for it to cool well before slicing it.
