- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Vanilla (optional)1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a container put all the ingredients except the baking powder, mix everything until a homogeneous mass and finally the baking powder.
- Grease a non-stick frying pan with a thread of oil, take it to the low fire, add 1 ladle of the dough. Allow to brown one side before turning and browning the other side. Serve with honey, fruit, yogurt... As you wish.
