Sugar and Cinnamon
Dulce de leche
Put in the pan, water, butter, pinch of salt and sugar, and bring to a boil. When it boils, add the wheat flour all at once and lower the heat and let it cook until everything is homogeneous. Cook for about 5 min.
Take the mixer with the racket and beat until it cools a little. And add 01 egg, beat for 30 sec and add the other eggs respecting the 30 sec interval.
Place in a pastry bag with an 8B or 1A nozzle, squeeze the desired size, cut and fry in oil.
Drain and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and sprinkle with dulce de leche on top.
