Sweet corn cake with guava paste

Separe as claras dos ovos.
Bata com metade do açúcar e reserve.
Bata o restante do açúcar com as gemas até ficar um creme branco.
Adicione o óleo, a água morna, a farinha de trigo e a farinha de milho. Bata bem.
Adicione o fermento químico e as claras em neve, misturando delicadamente.
Despeje a massa em uma forma untada e enfarinhada de sua preferência.
Cubra com goiabada cortada em cubos.
Leve ao forno preaquecido a 180º C por 45 minutos.

Separate the egg whites.
Beat with half the sugar and set aside.
Beat the rest of the sugar with the yolks until it becomes a white cream.
Add the oil, warm water, wheat flour and cornmeal. Hit it well.
Add the chemical yeast and the snow whites, mixing gently.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured shape of your choice.
Cover with guava cut into cubes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180º C for 45 minutes.
