Sweet corn cake with guava paste

Misture no liquidificador o ovo, o leite, o óleo, o açúcar, o fubá e bata bem.Despeje a mistura em uma tigela, e misture com a farinha e o fermento em pó.

Despeje a massa em uma forma untada com manteiga e farinha, e acrescente uma camada de goiabada. Repita este processo até preencher toda a forma.

Leve ao forno médio (180° C), preaquecido, por 40 minutos.

Mix the egg, milk, oil, sugar, cornmeal in a blender and beat well. Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix with the flour and baking powder.

Pour the dough into a greased shape with butter and flour, and add a layer of guava paste. Repeat this process until you fill the entire shape.

Take to medium oven (180°C), preheated, for 40 minutes.

Pegue a goiabada misture ao creme de leite e bata no liquidificador e leve ao forno em seguida até abrir fervura  espere algums minutos e ponha encima do seu bolo já preparado
