  • warm milk250 ml
  • Eggs2 to taste
  • Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Soybean oil40 ml
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Gem1 to taste
  1. Mix all the ingredients in the blender, except the wheat flour.
  2. Put the mixture in a bowl and add the wheat flour little by little, until it doesn't stick to your hands.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes and shape the buns. Put the stuffing you like Suggestion: Coconut with condensed milk, guava or strawberry jam, dulce de leche etc...
  4. Let it rest for 40 minutes to 1 hour. Brush the buns with yolk.
  5. Bake until golden
