Faça um mingau com 4 colheres de trigo, o sal, 2 colheres de açúcar, o fermento de pão e o leite morno e deixe crescer um pouco.
Coloque em uma bacia os 2 ovos, o óleo, o restante do açúcar e o mingau que foi preparado, acrescentando aos poucos o trigo, até dar o ponto.
Deixe crescer até dobrar de volume.
Enrole ou faça tranças, espere mais alguns minutos e asse.
Depois de assado passe em cima do pão um meladinho de açúcar.

Make a porridge with 4 tablespoons of wheat, salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, bread yeast and warm milk and let it rise a little.

Let it grow, until it double the volume.
Roll or braid, wait a few more minutes and bake.
After baking, spread a little sugar syrup on top of the bread.
