  8. Put it in the shapes and let it rest until it doubles in volume or you lift the shape and have light
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden.
  10. Remove from the oven and brush a little milk at room temperature this makes the rind thin and shiny.
