  • Fresh Organic Yeast30 g
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Bananas5 cup
  • Mozzarella200 g
  • Cinnamon to taste
  1. Heat the water, dissolve the yeast in it and add the oil, salt and sugar.
  2. Make a small mound with the flour in a very large bowl or on a clean granite top (with alcohol) and make a hole in the middle. Add the water and oil mixture and mix with your hands for about 15 minutes until the dough starts to come away from your hand. If necessary, add more flour to reach the ideal point of the dough. Divide the dough into about 5 balls and cover with a damp cloth for at least 40 minutes, the longer the dough rests, the fluffier it will be. After that, stretch the dough with your hands or with a rolling pin and put it in greased shapes, add the stuffing and bake in a high oven for about 20 minutes.
  3. Cut the bananas and place on top of the dough, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon to taste
