Esquente a água, dissolva o fermento nela e junte o óleo, o sal e o açúcar.

Heat the water, dissolve the yeast in it and add the oil, salt and sugar.

Faça um montinho com a farinha numa vasilha bem grande ou em um tampo de granito bem limpo (com álcool) e abra um buraco no meio. Vá adicionando a mistura de água e óleo e misture com as mãos por uns 15 minutos até a massa começar a desgrudar da mão. Se for necessário, acrescente mais farinha para chegar ao ponto ideal da massa. Divida a massa em umas 5 bolas e cubra com um pano úmido por pelo menos 40 minutos, quanto mais tempo a massa descansar, mais fofa ficará. Depois disso, estique as massas com as mãos ou com um rolo e coloque em formas untadas, adicione o recheio e asse em forno alto por cerca de 20 minutos.

Make a small mound with the flour in a very large bowl or on a clean granite top (with alcohol) and make a hole in the middle. Add the water and oil mixture and mix with your hands for about 15 minutes until the dough starts to come away from your hand. If necessary, add more flour to reach the ideal point of the dough. Divide the dough into about 5 balls and cover with a damp cloth for at least 40 minutes, the longer the dough rests, the fluffier it will be. After that, stretch the dough with your hands or with a rolling pin and put it in greased shapes, add the stuffing and bake in a high oven for about 20 minutes.

Corte as bananas e coloque por cima da massa, polvilhe açúcar e canela a gosto
