Ripe dwarf bananas
Black seedless raisins
Leave the raisins in a bowl of water for 30 minutes.
In a blender add the raisins with the water and blend for 1 minute.
Add 6 bananas (reserve 2 for topping) and the eggs and beat for a few more minutes.
Place in a bowl and add the cassava flour little by little, stirring gently.
Add the yeast and mix slowly
Grease a 25 cm round shape with oil and sprinkle with manioc flour
Put the dough and decorate it with the sliced bananas. sprinkle with cinnamon
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
