Ingredients

  • tapioca dough | 500 g
  • Mozzarella | 200 g
  • Corn | 1 can(s)
  • Sardines in tomato sauce | 1 can(s)

Recipe

  1. Pasta: In a skillet 🍳 preferably non-stick, sieve a thin layer of the dough all over the surface.
  2. FILLING: In a container, add the chopped cheese, the shredded sardines, the grated mozzarella cheese and the green corn.
  3. Mix everything and add the dough.
  4. Add the filling of your choice in half of the dough, then fold the dough and let it heat up for 20 seconds.
  5. Repeat the same process for the next batches you are going to make.
