Ingredients
- tapioca dough | 500 g
- Mozzarella | 200 g
- Corn | 1 can(s)
- Sardines in tomato sauce | 1 can(s)
Recipe
- Pasta: In a skillet 🍳 preferably non-stick, sieve a thin layer of the dough all over the surface.
- FILLING: In a container, add the chopped cheese, the shredded sardines, the grated mozzarella cheese and the green corn.
- Mix everything and add the dough.
- Add the filling of your choice in half of the dough, then fold the dough and let it heat up for 20 seconds.
- Repeat the same process for the next batches you are going to make.
