  • tapioca dough200 g
  • Slice of Ham1 unit(s)
  • Slice of cheese1 unit(s)
  • Pinch of salt1 to taste
  • Butter to taste
  1. In a frying pan, sift the tapioca mass with the help of a sieve inside the frying pan.
  2. Sprinkle salt to taste and take to low fire for approximately 2 minutes, turn the side.
  3. While the other side is baking, butter the side that is ready and add the ham and cheese.
  4. Fold the dough in half and it's ready.
