- tapioca dough200 g
- Slice of Ham1 unit(s)
- Slice of cheese1 unit(s)
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- Butter to taste
- In a frying pan, sift the tapioca mass with the help of a sieve inside the frying pan.
- Sprinkle salt to taste and take to low fire for approximately 2 minutes, turn the side.
- While the other side is baking, butter the side that is ready and add the ham and cheese.
- Fold the dough in half and it's ready.
