Coloque as batatas pra cozinhar na panela com água com sal q tape as batatas até q fique firmes elas não podem ficar moles.
Tire as batatas da água, e com a ajuda de uma colher, remova a parte de cima fazendo um “buraco”, mas sem tirar demais, sempre deixando as bordas.
Coloque essa parte da batata que foi retirada em uma vasilha e amasse.
Em seguida, adicione o presunto, o queijo, o requeijão e o orégano.
Misture tudo muito bem, acerte o sal e depois use essa massa pra rechear todas as batatas.
Coloque mais muçarela ralada por cima e leve ao forno pré-aquecido em temperatura de 180° graus por cerca de 10 minutos.
Finalize com o bacon e coentro.

Remove the potatoes from the water, and with the help of a spoon, remove the top part making a “hole”, but without taking too much, always leaving the edges.
Place that part of the potato that was removed in a bowl and mash it.
Then add the ham, cheese, cottage cheese and oregano.
Mix everything very well, adjust the salt and then use this dough to stuff all the potatoes.
Put more grated mozzarella on top and take it to the preheated oven at 180° degrees for about 10 minutes.
Finish with the bacon and cilantro.
