  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Yeast1 to taste
  • Diced Mozzarella50 unit(s)
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  1. Cook the potatoes with salt until they are pureed. Squeeze them in the juicer and set aside in a bowl. Add the egg, butter and flour. Knead by hand until well mixed. Add the yeast.
  2. Pass flour in your hand and make small balls with the dough, filling each one with a cube of mozzarella.
  3. Boil water with oil in a tall pan. Place the balls one by one and as they rise, remove them with a slotted spoon. Reserve in a pyrex.
