- Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Nutmeg1/2 coffee spoon
- Chicken Breast1 unit(s)
- Ricotta Cream1 unit(s)
- Gorgonzola Cheese50 g
- Salt, Oregano and Black Pepper to taste
- Cherry tomato20 g
- Put the chicken to cook well and after it cools down, you can shred it and put it in a bowl, with the ricotta cream, salt, and oregano. Mix well and book.
- In a pan put the margarine and the crushed garlic and the onion cut into medium cubes, let it brown. Add the wheat flour and mix well and then gradually add the milk, mixing all the time.
- Put the salt, kingdom pepper and nutmeg, mix and let it cook. Then put the cream of milk, mix well and turn off the fire.
- In a refractory place the nest noodles, one side of the other, then put the chicken mixture in the noodles in the middle of the noodles.
- Then put the white sauce on top and finally add the gorgonzola cheese and cherry tomatoes, take it to gratin for 15 minutes.
