  • Wheat flour550 g
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Dry Biological Yeast20 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Oil50 ml
  • Water250 ml
  • Ham400 g
  • Mozzarella400 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  1. First, mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir.
  2. Add the oil, the egg and the water until it starts to knead.
  3. Knead for 10 to 15 min.
  4. Grow in a covered container or plastic bag for 30 minutes. Or even double the volume.
  5. Open the dough with the rolling pin and fill with the ham and the mozzarella and the finely chopped onion.
  6. Close the dough and cut into small loaves the size of 4 fingers.
  7. Let rise for 10 minutes
  8. Brush yolk and add oregano
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or so.
