- Milk350 ml

- Bread Yeast10 g
- Wheat flour until set1 kg
- Warm the milk and add the yeast, leave for 5 minutes. In a bowl, place the eggs, oil, sugar and salt. Stir until smooth. Then add the milk and yeast mixture and mix again.
- Gradually add the flour until it forms a soft dough and knead the dough well for approximately 15 minutes.
- Let the dough rest for approximately 1 hour. (It has to be in a warm place) . After the growth, divide the dough, roll it the way you want, put it in the shapes and let it rise until it doubles in volume. If you prefer stuffing, just put ham and mozzarella or another ingredient of your preference. . Brush egg yolk over the buns before putting them in the oven to brown the crust. If desired, sprinkle oregano over the bread.
- Bake in a medium oven (200°C), preheated, for approximately 30 minutes.
