  • Oil50 ml
  • warm milk1 cup
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Organic Yeast10 g
  • Mozzarella cheese400 g
  • Ham400 g
  1. Put in the blender: the egg, milk, oil, salt, sugar and yeast. Beat these ingredients
  2. Transfer to a bowl and gradually add the flour.
  3. Transfer to a surface greased with flour, knead the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Cut the dough into 4 parts, open the dough, put the stuffing and roll it like a rocambole and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
  5. Place in the preheated oven and place in the oven.
