  • Wheat flour500 g
  • Warm water360 ml
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast20 g
  • Oil1/2 cup
  1. Mix all the dough ingredients. Starting with warm water, sugar, yeast and oil. Then wheat flour and salt.
  2. Mix well and knead the dough for 10 min. The consistency of the dough is soft. There is not a dry mass. Don't let go of the hand.
  3. Rest the dough for 30 min.
  4. Flour the worktop and open the dough to fill. Or, if you don't have a roll, make balls, fill and close.
  5. I used shredded chicken and cream cheese in the filling, but you can use any other filling you prefer.
  6. Rest for another 30 min. Brush egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden. CUP MEASUREMENT 240 ML
  7. FILLING SUGGESTIONS: Chicken With Cream Cheese Pepperoni with mozzarella Ham, cheese, tomato and oregano. Spinach with ricotta and sun-dried tomatoes.
