- Wheat flour500 g
- Warm water360 ml
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Organic Dry Yeast20 g
- Oil1/2 cup
- Mix all the dough ingredients. Starting with warm water, sugar, yeast and oil. Then wheat flour and salt.
- Mix well and knead the dough for 10 min. The consistency of the dough is soft. There is not a dry mass. Don't let go of the hand.
- Rest the dough for 30 min.
- Flour the worktop and open the dough to fill. Or, if you don't have a roll, make balls, fill and close.
- I used shredded chicken and cream cheese in the filling, but you can use any other filling you prefer.
- Rest for another 30 min. Brush egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden. CUP MEASUREMENT 240 ML
- FILLING SUGGESTIONS: Chicken With Cream Cheese Pepperoni with mozzarella Ham, cheese, tomato and oregano. Spinach with ricotta and sun-dried tomatoes.
