  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Oil60 ml
  • warm milk240 ml
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Gem1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a bowl put the yeast, sugar, egg and salt to taste.
  2. Now add the warm milk mix and add the oil
  3. Add the wheat flour little by little.
  4. At this point, prepare the kitchen countertop for kneading the dough. You will need to put flour on the countertop.
  5. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, after kneading, place the dough in a bowl and cover with a dish towel. Let it rest in a warm place for 2 hours. It needs to double in size.
  6. After the dough rests, place it on the countertop. Cut and shape according to your preference. You can make a larger loaf or cut it into two pieces and make 2 smaller ones.
  7. Cut the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin. Distribute the filling all over the middle and roll up. The filling can be of your choice. I used ham, cheese and tomato without the seeds to keep from getting wet.
  8. Brush the egg yolk over the dough and before putting it in the oven, let it rest for 15 minutes.
  9. Put it in a greased shape with butter and put it to bake in a preheated oven at 180c until golden.
  10. Wait 10 minutes after removing and you can serve.
