- Wheat flour500 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Organic Dry Yeast1 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Oil1/4 cup
- Warm water100 ml
- Dough: mix all ingredients until it becomes a dough, let it rest until it doubles in size.
- Bake: knead the dough well and leave it very thin, place the dough in a square shape, let it bake for five minutes.
- Stuffing: after the dough has baked for five minutes, remove the pan from the oven and put the stuffing of your choice, I put it in mine: tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, sliced onions, boiled eggs and olives.
- After putting the stuffing of your preference, take it to the oven until the mozzarella melts.
