- Start by first beating the egg whites and set aside.
- Then beat the yolks with the water, sugar and wheat flour.
- Done that, put the yeast and the whites and mix delicately with fuê! So in oven 200° in a 20 cm shape without greasing! Butter just the bottom and put a disk of parchment paper ok!
- Done that, take it to bake in the oven without preheating, otherwise the cake grows and gets raw in the middle!
- Then just do the toothpick test and if it comes out clean your cake is ready!
- After it's cold I like to divide it into three and make my stuffed cake
