Ingredients

  • Eggs | 6 unit(s)
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Wheat | 2 cup
  • Wheat | 1/2 cup
  • Yeast | 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence | 1 tablespoon
  • Water | 1 cup

Recipe

  1. Start by first beating the egg whites and set aside.
  2. Then beat the yolks with the water, sugar and wheat flour.
  3. Done that, put the yeast and the whites and mix delicately with fuê! So in oven 200° in a 20 cm shape without greasing! Butter just the bottom and put a disk of parchment paper ok!

  5. Then just do the toothpick test and if it comes out clean your cake is ready!
  6. After it's cold I like to divide it into three and make my stuffed cake
