- Emulsifier for cake50 g
- Chemical Yeast10 g
- Mix essence in water
- In a mixer place the egg, water with the essence, sugar, emulsifier and the flour with the yeast
- Beat on low speed to mix the ingredients. Then set it to full speed. Until the dough doubles in volume
- Place in parchment paper Shape size 30x40x6 Bake at 180°C for 40min Makes 4 to 5 kg cake
