  • Spinach1 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Maizena2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  1. In a skillet, heat the butter and sauté the spinach until wilted and set aside.
  2. Beat the eggs and add the cream, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix spinach with pasta
  4. Add the powdered yeast
  5. Grease a tall baking dish or Pyrex dish with butter and add the dough.
  6. Place in oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
