- Spinach1 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Maizena2 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- In a skillet, heat the butter and sauté the spinach until wilted and set aside.
- Beat the eggs and add the cream, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
- Mix spinach with pasta
- Add the powdered yeast
- Grease a tall baking dish or Pyrex dish with butter and add the dough.
- Place in oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
