  • Spinach1 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Tapioca1/2 cup
  • Oat flour1/2 cup
  • Oil1/3 cup
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Corn1 cup
  • Milk2 cup
  • Shredded chicken500 g
  1. In the blender, beat the spinach, 1 cup of milk, the eggs, the tapioca and oat flour, the oil and the salt and the dough is ready.
  2. Grease a skillet with olive oil and place 1 ladle of the dough and move the skillet to form a disk! The dough makes 20 pancakes.
  3. Fill the pancakes with the shredded chicken.
  4. In a blender, beat the sauce with 1 cup of milk, season with salt and black pepper and cook in the pan until it thickens.
  5. Place the ready-to-eat cream of corn over the already stuffed pancakes, finish with grated cheese and serve.
