- Spaghetti 🍝80 g
- Mini onion 🧅, a small carrot 🥕 potato 🥔 mini potato, chayote , and beetroot5 to taste
- Put the vegetables to cook in a pan.
- When it's almost cooked you remove the vegetables and put the spaghetti noodles 🍝 in the same pan.
- In a frying pan put a spoon of butter and a drizzle of oil over low heat. Put the vegetables until you give that beautiful golden 😋 and take it off.
- In a pan, bring water to boil. After it starts to boil, put 2 eggs and mark 4 minutes, maximum 5 minutes. After that time, put it in a bowl with cold water to stop the cooking.
- Separate some of the cooking water.
- Now just roll up the spaghetti 🍝 and decorate with the vegetables and soft eggs. And good appetite 😋
